Offically, re-opened on June 14, 2004. If you are coming here to look for ways to gain supporters, please feel free to place an ad! The last time I tried building a Vote Exchange site things took place that I had no controll over. I had to shut down from the internet without explaination as to what was taking place in my life. So, this is what the new Momma Bear's VE will be ... Classified Ads! No yahoo groups to join. No mailing list to sign up for and receive tons of mail from. The only thing about Momma Bear's VE Classifieds you'll need to know is that your ad will expire in 15 days. I set this limit because folks come and go from web competitions. A lot can happen in 15 days. This will keep our classifieds current and upto date. I do ask for a text link back to this site. Why? Well ... Duh! (LOL) The only way to have supporters is to have a way for others to find their way here so they can place their ads!! I do plan to add a message board for fun. Have fun competing and good luck!
Ok, I think I have a few ideas on how to run this topsite. There will be monthly awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. A sample award is posted here. Each month the award will look different. The 1st place winner has to Hibernate for 2 months. First place won't be removed from the topsite, it just needs to hang around and nibble on some cherry pie. This will give everyone a chance to try to make first place. The other thing is you don't have to post your VE ad to join! Participation awards are being considered. This site is for everyone who is in competition and is looking for VE's. These type of sites will be removed if they join: any site that contains porn, any site that promotes hate toward any race, religion, gender, or age; any site that promotes violance. If worse comes to worse, I'll just start viewing sites before they can join. Hopefully, it will not come to that. You must be in Competition (this includes other topsites)! This topsite can not be your only vote. You must also be seeking Vote Exchange. These are the only rules and guidelinew for now. I'll tweak it as things proceed.
